ENAP is headquartered in Quebec City and has campuses in Montreal, Gatineau, Saguenay and Trois-Rivières. She is part of the Université du Québec network.

ENAP is one of the largest public administration universities in the world. Since its creation in 1969, it has positioned itself as a leader in the renewal of a modern and effective public administration in Quebec and abroad. It has set the standard in this field, in both academic and practitioner communities.

ENAP is a branch of the Université du Québec network (10 institutions). It resulted from the desire to give Quebec an institution of higher learning dedicated to public management. Its mission is to contribute to the development of public administration as a field of both knowledge and practice.

Public administration is a unique field of study leading to a career in the service of society. Whether you are completing your undergraduate degree or are already at work, whether you want to acquire knowledge, develop your skills or learn about new trends, ENAP has the answer to your needs. Thanks to its multidisciplinary experts, professors, researchers and teams all with a high-level network both in Quebec and internationally, ENAP knows the public administration as a person. In fact, she has been working there for more than 50 years! With the teaching programs it offers at the graduate level, its research in cutting-edge areas of public action, support and development activities that it offers.
